Tandoori Specialities
A tandoori is a traditional Indian oven made of clay.  Originally used in the north west frontier of India, it has been used for many generations to produce mouth-watering Indian specialities. Pieces of lamb chicken or prawn are marinated then skewered and barbecued in the oven.
