Hi Sean i recently discovered your website and began ordering online it is by far the best service around and the food is devine and well priced keep up the good work .
Having been diagnosed recently with coeliac ataxia I need to eat gluten free food. Do you have things that I can eat?

Hi Phil,
Sorry to hear about you recent diagnosis, but I’m sure that you will that your diet wont change too much unless you like your toast in the mornings.
On a more serious note, providing that you don’t order any naan breads chapatis or samosas, you will be ok.
I believe that you would be allergic to rye, wheat and barley.
We use flour in our breads and samosas. The only other flour we use is gram flour for onion bhajis. Gram flour is made from lentils, so you are ok there too.
